The Pixel Remaster of Final Fantasy 6 Makes an Unusual Change: It’s been a long time since Square Enix released its Pixel Remaster of the classic JRPG Final Fantasy 6. The Pixel Remaster makes some parts of the game look better, but it mostly tries to make it look like the original Final Fantasy 6.
Final Fantasy 6 was released on mobile phones and tablets in 2015. It even removed content that added to the game in 2015. That’s why many fans are surprised by Square Enix’s decision to remove a big part of the opening sequence of Final Fantasy 6.
The first scene in Final Fantasy 6 is beautiful and unique for people who aren’t familiar with the game and fans of the game who are already aware.
Final Fantasy 6’s setting is on the verge of a war where powerful magic and technology will fight each other. People who use mind control are on a mission to take control of a powerful magical beast that is frozen.
Two Imperial soldiers and one mind-controlled magic-user are on the mission. Because the game will end up taking hours to play, it’s a lot to take in.
They set off for Narshe, where the magical Esper can be found, at this point. There is an exciting but essential sequence. It takes two minutes for the three magitek armors to walk through the snow to get to the city in 3D, but it’s worth it.
Every time Square’s opening credits show up at the top of the screen; they stay there for the whole time. Taking a deep breath before everything starts to go wrong is both the last thing players can do before things get out of hand and a fitting tribute to the people who made the story that came after.

The only thing that has changed in the new version of Final Fantasy 6 is that the credits have taken out.
Instead of seeing the names of the people who made Final Fantasy 6. Players don’t get to see any text at all. Tetra’s theme song is still playing in the background. But there are no credits or anything else to show for them.
The order is a little weird for people who haven’t played Final Fantasy 6 before. The whole meaning of the sequence has taken away. Players don’t know if they should press a button or do something else.
For older players, it’s a little upsetting to think that a tribute to the game’s original Square creators has taken out of the game.
Because the opening credits are no longer in Final Fantasy 6, it’s unclear why. As a result, they likely took it out on purpose because the rest of the game is so real-life.
Considering how much work the new Pixel Remaster team put into the project. It might not have been right to only talk about the original team’s work. Perhaps it’s a glitch.
There is no legal reason not to bring back the credits. Not only for the sake of authenticity but also because the game creators deserve to thank.
