Pokemon Legends Arceus Players Are Having Difficulties Capturing Cherrim:  It’s been around one month in the past since Pokemon Legends: Arceus was released, and the game has been well welcomed by both critics and players alike.

However, that doesn’t mean that the players haven’t had any problems with the game’s design and programming.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus went beyond the call of duty to make it easier for players to catch the most Pokemon they could, but some players are having trouble getting Cherrim.

Its name is also known as Cherrim as the Blossom Pokemon. And it is a hybrid of cherries and cherry blossom. It’s tiny, pink, and cute in all its forms. The form alters depending upon the season.

When the weather is typical, Cherrim will appear in its Overcast form, a tightly rolled purple flower. And then change to the open flower that is its Sunshine form when it is sunny.

Although Cherrim is usually a reasonably easy Pokemon to take, the process of transferring Cherrim to the Hisui region appears to have changed the game completely.

Pokemon Legends Arceus Players Are Having Difficulties Capturing Cherrim

In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, many players have discovered that Cherrim is more difficult to catch than Alpha and Noble Pokemon. It appears that Cherrim, even though it isn’t that hard to defeat, can be a challenge to keep in the Poke Ball after hitting it.

Viz YouTube’s official Viz YouTube channel drew attention to this issue by uploading a video that showcases unsuccessful attempts to catch one Cherrim.

One user on Twitter stated that they, along with two other players, sat for three hours trying to capture a Cherrim. But they finally succeeded after each attempted the top part of the region. Although focusing on a particular area may or not help in catching Cherrim. It’s clear that something is wrong with the catch rate of this type of Grass.

Because Cherrim is a tough Pokemon to find, players must capture Cherrim to finish their game’s PokeDex and complete the “To Bloom, or Not to Bloom” quest. This is a severe problem.

It appears that the Japanese help page on Pokemon Legends: Arceus has recognized this Cherrim catch rate issue as a real issue. It seems that Cherrim’s form changes once it reset by the glitch to set the rate of catch to zero.

Players may be more successful in getting Cherrim when they place the creature in the shade. But this could more difficult than it sounds in particular. Given that Cherrim is a small Pokemon quickly lost in the game.

This isn’t the sole issue Pokemon Legends: Arceus players have faced. However, it’s highly frustrating.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is only available for Nintendo Switch.
