Overwatch 2 beta finishes with fox teaser: While Overwatch 2 will include several new characters, like Sojourn and Junker Queen, one specific tease has the attention of many fans. For the competitive shooter sequel, it seems that some fox hero is in the works.

As of July 19, Overwatch 2 has recently finished another beta. Unfortunately, a bizarre message suddenly emerged in the game chat for all players just before the beta test was over.

The unusual line of characters can see in the tweet below from streamer @Flats OW. What does the fox say? Was the response from a Base64 decoder that Flats used to send the message.

While Blizzard undoubtedly employed that phrasing on purpose. There’s more going on here than just the jokes that are being made about the 2013 trending music video of the same name.

A fox has already hint about it in connection with Overwatch 2. The release date video showed a fox spirit traversing one of the game’s areas.

A succession of eerie Torii gates materializes as it sprints toward some steps. Four heroes are positioned behind the fox, and given that teams now consist of five players. The photo seems to suggest that the fox is the fifth squad member.

Between the two of these occurrences, it seems that Blizzard is hinting at a fox hero for Overwatch 2. The initial content roadmap for the game predicts that Season One will include three new heroes.

This ghost fox may only be the third, as Sojourn and Junker Queen have already identify as the first two.
Only a few months will pass before we know.

On October 4, Overwatch’s PvP debuts, and Season One kicks off the next day. On December 6, Season Two will introduce a brand-new tank hero, and more are anticipated until 2023.

The PvE component of the game will debut sometime in 2019. According to a prior statement from Blizzard, the game will launch in two sections to let players get their hands on it more quickly.
