Three spaces equal three times the chance to try out some fresh ideas.
The Fortnite blog also has a list of submission requirements. Unfortunately, however, submissions are not yet available.

You’ll have to choose between sending in your apartment, restaurant, or store design since you’ll only be allowed to submit one map. You’ll also have to stick to the assets part of The Block 2.0 filter.

Epic Games will choose the finest ones and make them accessible to everyone in Battle Royale and Zero Build.
In addition, epic has built a Level Instance Device to aid with the process.

In Creative mode, this lets you gather together a vast collection of your placed objects and stuff. Allowing you to copy and paste the whole scene across the island. You may also experiment with 16 new galleries of floors, walls, staircases, and objects.

Finally, Epic Games offered some design advice to anyone interested in submitting to The Block 2.0. The structure itself, its narrative significance in Fortnite mythology, how firefights will take place within, and the line of sight are vital considerations.

Now that Epic Games is developing a first-person mode for Fortnite, line of sight is a particularly relevant concept to consider.
