The Dying Light sequel Stay Human is gold two months before the release date. 

Techland has revealed that Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been made gold and is in production, just two months ahead of the date of release.

Techland spread the announcement to Game Informer via a statement, declaring that the team reached the landmark during the weekend. 

Techland’s press announcement also contained some phrases from Tymon Smektala, the lead designer of Dying Light 2.

In the release, he speaks about the fact that work on the game isn’t completed.

He stated,

“The fact that the game is finished and having achieved gold status just two months before launch is a fantastic indication. But it doesn’t mean that our work is done. There are some more adjustments and updates to make. And feedback from the community to incorporate the base, however, is set and all set to go.”

The majority of the work can be seen in the rearview mirror. However, there are lots to fix and tweak before anyone can replicate the experience. 

However, the achievement of releasing a game massively and is worthy of being celebrated. Tymon declares: “I am very proud of the entire team!” 

With all the ups and downs the project went through throughout an extended development cycle, It should be.

The next time we will get to watch Dying Light 2 Stay Human is coming up. On Wednesday, Techland launches Episode 5 of its Dying 2 Be Know series, with around 15 minutes of brand new gameplay will be played.
