Valve has made an update in Steam that will let users know the amount of storage needed before installing the game first.
Before releasing this steam update, users could only determine how much space a game could take up simply by trying to install it.
When they click that button for installing the game, the new window will show the amount of free space and how much space the game will consume.
Although it’s minor, it gives users the ability to know how much require. Some players can benefit from this new feature right now.
In the latest versions in the current version of Steam Steam, every game that display within the library will display several specifics.

This includes the last time you played the game, how long it took playing it and the number of achievements that have achieved for the participant.
If users are playing an early version on the Steam platform, the “Last Game Played” feature is no longer present and displays the amount of space the game can take up.
With so many AAA games taking up a lot of space. It is helpful to decide which games to keep and which should be removed to create more space. Many people will need to know the amount an entire game takes up before they decide to move it after having previously played. For some, this tiny modification could be highly beneficial.
This is particularly helpful for players who utilize spare SSDs or hard drives with the sole goal of storing their games.
