Spices from the West by Genshin Impact begins with a broken Serenitea Pot: Spices from the West is a new event coming to Genshin Impact before the release of Version 2.7. It lets you invite guests to a delightful supper prepared in your Serenitea Pot. Unfortunately, this event does have one minor flaw: the Serenitea Pot still broken.
Genshin Impact‘s housing component is the Serenitea Pot, which allows you to arrange furnishings and characters in your house. Unfortunately, the ability to put items down has been unavailable for some weeks.
Players have granted 5,000 Realm Currency coins as compensation. The Serenitea Pot is likely to break when the event begins. As stated in the HoYolab post: “If the maintenance of the Serenitea Pot Placement Function has ceased during the event, Travelers may invite companions who are resting to remain in Serenitea Pot and invite characters to test out meals.”
Because the event is based on the characters you put in your Serenitea Pot, you won’t be able to add any new characters. As a result, you won’t allow to engage with a particular character at this event.
Hopefully, HoYoverse will be able to resolve these difficulties before the event’s formal debut. Still, if they don’t, you’ll have to spend the Companionship EXP you may get from this event.
