With this update, Mojang will revamp Minecraft’s Swamp Biomes of Minecraft.
In this update, lots of new Plants, Blocks, Mobs, etc., will add and the introduction of new Game Mechanics.
One of these blocks available in the BETA version Block is known as the Foglight Block.
With the 1.18.10.26 Bedrock BETA version, the updated Froglight Block release.
It’s the most recent light Source Block, which will release with the Swamp Update in Minecraft.

Minecraft – How to Find Foglights
In this post, as of this article, the Foglight Block is only available on Bedrock BETA Versions of Minecraft.
Java Edition doesn’t have, but it could be coming in a future Snapshot. The Foglight Block is a light Source Block in Minecraft that emits a High Light level, 15.
It’s also a solid Block that can be useful in Redstone, and the player will be trapped in it. Block. There are three variations of this Block. These are:
- Ochre Froglight Block.
- Pearlescent Froglight Block.
- Verdant Froglight Block.
Each variant is available by the Frog. There is the Game Mechanic where on consuming the most slime-like child, it is said that the Frog Mob destroys it and releases Slimeballs.
Get Froglights In Minecraft
If the Magma Cube substitutes the Slime, you can be sure that Frog will drop a Foglight. Here’s how you can find every one of the Foglight variations.
- Swamp Frog (Orange) eating a Magma Cube will result in the Ochre Froglight block (Yellow) on Minecraft.
- A tropical Frog (White) eating a Magma Cube will result in a Light that is Pearlescent Block (Purple).
- Snowy Frog (Green) eating a Magma Cube will create a Green Foglight. (Green).
The best method to farm Froglight Blocks within Minecraft is to build a chamber of Frogs of each type surrounding the Magma Cube Spawner.
The Magma Cube Spawner typically spawns inside the Bastion Remenants in the nether Dimension.
The alternative is to build that Chamber within the Basalt Biome within the Nether; however that’s not reliable as Magma Cube spawns are rare.
