Elden’s Ring Player Discovers a Funny Metal Gear Solid Message: After years of trailers and news, Elden Ring has finally come out to the world. It won a lot of awards for being the most-anticipated game. For a FromSoftware game, Elden Ring has set a new record for how well it has been received and how many people have played.
If you play Elden Ring, you might not like it very much because it has many performance problems and hasn’t worked well since its launch. You don’t have to follow a traditional path when you play Elden Ring like many of FromSoftware’s games. Instead, you can freely explore the vast world and become very strong before you even fight a story boss.
FromSoftware has a good and bad reputation for making some of the most challenging games in the industry. Which scares people away from playing them. That isn’t to say that Elden Ring isn’t intricate. But it has changed the layout of previous games. Which has attracted new gamers from many different backgrounds who usually wouldn’t play games made by FromSoftware.
Some people like Metal Gear Solid, like the fan who made Venom Snake in the Elden Ring.
As well as one fan making their character based on Snake. Another fan used Elden Ring’s in-game message system to make a joke about the character, too.
Elden’s Ring Player Discovers a Funny Metal Gear Solid Message
This is a screenshot from a game that has nothing to do with Metal Gear Solid. Ravin, a Reddit user, found the message, making them want to post on the Metal Gear Solid subreddit. The word “Snake” use in the statement itself made the player want to use a stealthy method. Because Metal Gear Solid may be the pinnacle of stealth games, the message is perfect both where and what it says.
Ravin wrote a post about Elden Ring, and the people who commented on it made references to Metal Gear Solid and talked about the game. One person said they found another message about the show that said, “Snake! Snake! climb the ladder!” Metal Gear Solid 3 is known for having a moment where Snake has to climb a ladder so long that the game’s entire theme song starts and ends before the ladder climb is done.
Elden Ring doesn’t have a lot of texting options, so another person complained that they couldn’t write “what a thrill” at the top of a very high ladder, again referring to the scene and the song.
As long as Ravin doesn’t talk too much or use too many memes. His post is an excellent way for fans of two different games to get to know each other better. When other people were making jokes. One person asked if the match Elden Ring was worth buying, and there were likely other people who saw the comment and bought it. A guide on how to be stealthy by Elden Ring should help people who aren’t as good at being sneaky as Snake from Metal Gear Solid.
Elden Ring is on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Series X|S Series X|S Series X|S series.
