Create An Verification System in Discord: Discord Server is a hub where you can connect with your acquaintances or people you are familiar with.

It’s a safe place for you and your group to have fun. But, there are times when toxic users or bot accounts may rob your Discord server and disrupt your entire experience.

In such instances, installing a verification System within your Discord server can, at a minimum, remove a substantial portion of the rogues.

It’s an easy and efficient method of protecting you and your Discord server from unwanted visitors.

So, in this article, I’ll show you how to Create An Verification System in Discord.

How to Create An Verification System in Discord

Setting up a verification System using Discord is a straightforward, however time-consuming, procedure. Therefore, follow the steps below carefully.

To begin, create the Text channel where the verification process takes place within Discord. Then, right-click the track and then click edit channel.

Next, navigate through permissions and ensure that everyone has the right to view the channel, then save any modifications. Then, go to server settings and click on Roles.

Then click on the default permissions. For you to enable the @everyone Role, disable all Permissions other than the ability to read the History of Messages.

The users who aren’t verified won’t access all of the Server Channels, except those confirmed. Verification Channel.

The next step is to create a message that explains the rules and regulations for the Server and create a Reaction Role within the Verification Channel for the Verification System on the settings of your Discord Server.

We’ve already discussed the subject of the Reaction Role within Discord in our previous posts, so I’d recommend checking it out first.

After setting up the Roles and Reaction Role messages, you can assign the Permissions you would like each Role to receive on your Server.

Before doing that, ensure you have the verification role you created within your Server is granted Permission to view every channel in the Discord Server.

If you prefer to keep the Permission hidden, you can disable the Permission to view Verification Channel. Verification Channel as the user has already been verified.

Set the Membership Screening Page and a Welcome Screen

We will now make a Member Screening page. To do this, go to the server settings and click enable Community.

The page will display everything to create and manage an online community on Discord. Select the Start Now option and follow the Steps.

Once you have completed the process, you will find a Community tab within the Setting for your Server.

It will be under it that you can find the choice to enable the Membership Screening. Click it and then click the Setting up Member Screening button.

Follow the steps, and you’ll be able to configure the Membership Screening on Your Discord Server.

Another option to consider for the Server could be using the welcome screen. In the Community tab within the Server Settings, You will see an opportunity to create the welcome screen.

It will also have its own set of directions, and once you have completed them, you can make the Welcome Screen. This is the final step in the setup for the verification System within Your Discord Server.

This is all about setting the Discord Verification System into your Server. We hope this guide made it easier for you to verify that the accounts you have added to are joining your Discord server.
