Cavernous Worm Chrysalis in Aeterna Noctis: In your journeys through Aeterna Noctis, you might come across an NPC named The Collector (and in case you don’t, you’ll find him inside the Fifth crypt, which is the Corpse Warehouse — the entrance is located West from the King of Darkness statue.)
The Collector will charge you to discover the Cavernous Worm Chrysalis to exchange it for an old artifact. However, he won’t provide the location.
It was a long and arduous search to discover, and it’s not a crime not to complete this task. We did, however, find it.
Here is the location to locate this Cavernous Worm Chrysalis in Aeterna Noctis.
The first step is strongly recommended to complete The Forge area and defeat The Phoenix:
This boss will reward players by giving you The Double Jump ability, which is extremely valuable.
Although it’s not required to possess this ability, it can help you solve many jump puzzles and make the next boss less grueling. Also, make sure you have enough potions because this adventure is long.
To begin, head to the edge area of The Forge area, otherwise called”the Lava Caverns, and head to the east, following the route that is marked with red.
You’ll travel through many caves, which lead to the very first boss of the area, a massive Cave Worm.
The boss isn’t too difficult to defeat. However, you’ll be required to unlock the Spear sub-weapon to make quick use of the ads that the boss spawns.
Overtake his enemies, fire an arrow at his eyes, shoot the Spear twice to remove the ads, and regain the blood.
After defeating the Cave Worm and completing the cave, follow the same path, but in red.
It will lead you through several jump puzzles. They are tough and take a lot of time, So don’t become frustrated.
You can practice them and be able to complete them in the end. Then, after your journey, you’ll be able to locate the Chrysalis.
Make sure you have an exit teleport, as otherwise, the only way for exiting is to continue further to the caves.
